I design services and experiences that help complex organisations understand problems, set a clear direction and turn research into practical change.
My work spans employee, customer and citizen experience across government, transport, weather services, higher education and telecommunications. The projects below show how I bring together research, service design, strategy, stakeholder engagement and delivery to improve experiences across systems, services and organisations.
Featured work
VicGov Services
Department of Government Services
Creating a single digital front door for employee services
VicGov Services was created to provide employees with one place to access People and Culture information, services and support.
The new digital front door connected self-service content, manual forms, a Salesforce-linked Contact Us form, request tracking and an AI-powered virtual assistant.
I worked across the full project lifecycle, starting with research through to working closely with design and development teams to delivery, launch and continuous improvement.
Connected Employee Experience
Department of Government Services
Creating a shared vision for the end-to-end employee experience
The Connected Employee Experience initiative creates a shared vision for improving end-to-end experiences across digital, physical and organisational environments.
My work includes employee research, behavioural workplace patterns, unified experience principles, future-state journeys, service blueprints and a six-layer experience framework.

VicTraffic
Department of Transport and Planning
Redesigning Victoria’s trusted road information service for emergencies
VicTraffic helps people understand road conditions, incidents, disruptions and planned works across Victoria.
My work included research planning, user interviews, synthesis, benchmarking, journey mapping and experience design.
Finalist, Best State Government Project, 2025 iTnews Benchmark Awards
Weather services
Bureau of Meteorology
Designing trusted weather services at national scale
Weather information supports everyday planning as well as decisions involving safety, travel, work and community preparedness.
Across several projects at the Bureau of Meteorology, I helped teams understand how people access, interpret and act on weather and climate information.
My work included research, journey mapping, archetypes, concept development, usability testing and service design across digital services. I translated evidence into recommendations that supported clearer, more useful and more accessible experiences.
Selected experience
Multi-Modal Journey Planner
Department of Transport and Planning
Discovery research into how people plan journeys across different transport modes, including the information, decisions and disruptions that shape the experience.
My contribution included research, journey mapping, synthesis and identifying opportunities for a more connected journey-planning experience.
Higher education experience
Open Universities Australia
UX, interface and digital communication work supporting prospective and current students as they explored courses, compared options and made decisions about study.
This experience gave me an understanding of the higher education environment, student journeys and the importance of clear digital information when people are making significant personal decisions.
Home lending experience
NAB
A short-term engagement supporting the redesign of a digital loan application. My contribution focused on improving the structure, clarity and usability of the application process.
Design practice communication
Telstra
Visual identity and communication design supporting the Telstra Design Practice. This work drew on my visual design background to communicate design methods, activities and the role of the practice within a large organisation.
Building design capability
Alongside project delivery, I help teams and individuals build confidence in human-centred design.
My experience includes managing and supporting designers, mentoring junior team members and guiding people through research, synthesis and design activities. I have also developed and facilitated training, presented Lunch and Learn sessions through the Innovation Network, and supported knowledge sharing across government.
As an administrator of the Design in Government Community of Practice, I help maintain a space where practitioners can connect, exchange ideas and strengthen design capability across the public sector.
I am particularly interested in helping organisations move beyond isolated design activities and develop a more consistent and strategic approach to experience design.
Let’s connect
I am interested in senior service design, experience strategy, employee experience and transformation roles where I can help shape direction and influence meaningful change.
